The Lone Star Jazz Society, based in DFW, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created by professional educator-musicians who are dedicated to the preservation of jazz music and its history. Our mission is to support the Lone Star Jazz Orchestra and to be caretakers of the culture through educational outreach, performance, and advocacy.
